- Prior to installing: Before installing for the first time, it's important to wash your hair. This will help you detect any issues such as shedding or matting at this time.

- General hair brushing: You can use our very own detangling brush to gently brush your hair and remove any stubbourn tangles. Brush in small sections of the hair and be careful to not pull too hard on the hair.

- Washing: Wash the hair with luekwarm water and a deep cleansing shampoo. Rinse thoroughly and when using conditoner, allow the conditioner to stay on for at least 10 minutes for the best results. We recommended to use moisterurising conditoners that are designed for dry hair.

- Drying: Gently pat the hair dry with a towel. Try not to rub the hair with the towel to dry and avoid using heated blow dryers on high heats. It's best to allow the hair to air-dry.
