Exchanges

We know that matching your hair color can be challenging, so we've made our exchange process as simple as possible.

- We offer free exchanges if the color you have selected doesn't quite match your hair!

- Simply email info@lulahairco.com and our support team will get back to you within 24 hours (usually it takes a lot less), and will help you choose a different color that will better suit you.

*We suggest choosing 2 colors that are similar in case you are unsure on which to buy.

Returns

- We offer free returns 14 days from the date of delivery on items that are faulty or damaged.

- The items must be in their original condition and packaging.

- Items must be initiated for return within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Free Items acquired via any promotions cannot be returned.

- You will be asked to provide a photo of your items before sending back to us so that we can assess the condition of the products.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, we may be able to change the colors or lengths if you contact our dedicated customer service team: info@lulahairco.com.


Store Credit

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Store Credit equal to the paid price of the pieces returned. You will receive your store credit in the form of a gift card via email.
