Compare your own hair with the color that looks the closest from the color options.

Even if the color is only close to matching your hair color (and not an exact match), it will still blend in with your own hair color to give you that natural and real look.

How does the secret extension stay on? I'm worried it will fall off.

Your secret extensions won't fall off when worn properly.

Due to the angle it sits on your head, the wire fits securely onto your head and won't fall down. It may feel slightly odd wearing it at first but you'll start to feel more comfortable the more you wear it! 

What is the hair quality like of the hair extensions?

Made from premium rayon synthetic, heat-resistant hair. Long-lasting up to 12 months (with good care). Elegantly smooth and natural hair ratio.

Can I use heat and styling tools on the hair extensions?

These extensions are made from 100% heat-friendly synthetic hair; meaning they can be styled with heat.

However, just like your natural hair, a low heat setting and heat protection spray is advised to avoid any risk of damage.

Can I color the hair extensions myself?

Our products are delivered ready-to-wear and don't require any adjustments.

If you wish to make your extensions darker, we recommend that you only make them 2 shades darker at most. Don't bleach your extensions to brighten them.

I haven't received my email confirming my order yet, where is it?

The shipping notification email is sent out automatically by our ordering system once your order has been shipped out. If you confirmed the order status as shipped, but didn't receive the shipping notification, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could have been sent to your spam folder. If you still couldn't find the shipping notification, please contact info@lulahairco.com. Any questions, reply within 24 hours.

I changed my mind - can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, we may be able to change the colors or lengths if you contact our dedicated customer service team via email: info@lulahairco.com.
